Eliminating the Problems in Project Management

What are the greatest challenges facing Project Managers today?  Below are some we will discuss:

1. What do new project managers need to know to be successful in their careers?
2. Looking back over your career as a project manager, would you do anything differently?
3. Are there changes required as project managers work to meet corporate needs for the next 5 years? Or, should it not change?
4. How have project managers adapted to support changes in the workplace since 2019?

In this interactive session, we will group participants into virtual breakout rooms to share solutions to one of these questions.

Each breakout group will have a scribe who will document the bullet points of the solutions discussed in the breakout sessions. Each breakout will have a speaker who will share these solutions with the group.  The goal of this workshop is to provide a forum for open discussion about the challenges we face as Project Managers and provide possible solutions to these challenges.
