Dan Montagna is a senior project and program management leader with over two decades of experience delivering projects and services to public, private, state and federal agencies. As Director of the PMO at Makpar Corporation, he oversees strategic delivery operations, internal process improvement, and client engagement programs aligned with ISO 9001 and CMMI-SVC Level 3 standards. Dan leads cross-functional collaboration across business development, finance, and quality while supporting innovation on contracts for AI/ML, Zero Trust, CX, and data strategy. He is PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, and SAFe certified and earned his MBA from Fitchburg State University.
