Six Thinking Hats: A Framework for Critical Thinking in Project Management
Presented by Melissa O’Hara, PMP, PMI-SP

How many times have you heard that the Project Manager needs to be able to wear multiple hats to assure project success?  Well, let’s learn how 6-Thinking Hats methodology brings this all together.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Recognize how Six Thinking Hats brings PMI’s critical thinking competency to life in a simple, practical way.
  • Learn how each Hat represents a distinct mode of thinking that supports better problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Explore ways to use the Hats framework to create more balanced, productive project discussions.
