Project Management Resume Swap and Critique

Do you have a resume you would like people to evaluate? Are you thinking of overhauling a resume? What is the best way to craft a resume that passes the Applicant Tracking Systems filters?
When you’re hiring someone, what do you look for in a resume?

Are there other tools such as Linked In profiles that complement or even supersede resumes?
How do you get jobs? Do you use agents, your network, or some other means?
