The Sustainable PM: Managing Work, Energy, and Expectations
with Antonia Jascowski, PMP

Project managers are experts at planning, tracking, and delivering results, and at times, this can be at the expense of their own well-being. Between shifting priorities, stakeholder demands, and the pressure to “just make it work,” burnout can become part of the job.

This interactive session invites project managers to step back and reflect on how we work and not just what we deliver. We’ll discuss work-life integration (not perfection), common burnout triggers in PM roles, boundary-setting as a professional skill, and how to set goals for the new year that are sustainable and realistic.

Through facilitated discussion and breakout conversations, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with fellow PMs, share experiences, and learn from one another.
