Risk & Risk Management; It is not Scary, It is Strategy
Presented by Bob Heise, MBA, Program Manager at L3Harris

Learn how to handle Risk without fear of failure.  Risk requires active management and constant reevaluation. Most tools facilitate tracking and often can be an exercise in filling it out instead of mitigating risks. The presenter will discuss the Operational Risk Management (and opportunity) process and how a custom tool is utilized to manage a program’s risk.
