Project Management 101: Introduction for the Accidental Project Manager (Part II)
with Dan Montagna, PMP, PMI-ACP

PM 101 – Part II builds on foundational project management concepts by introducing common delivery approaches used across today’s organizations. This session provides a practical overview of major project management certifications, a focused refresher on Waterfall delivery, and an introduction to essential Agile and Scrum concepts. Participants will explore how hybrid projects combine predictive governance with iterative execution and gain early exposure to CPMAI, a modern framework for managing AI and data-driven initiatives.

Designed for both new and experienced project managers, this session emphasizes clarity, real-world application, and informed decision-making across delivery models.
