As Executive Director and Provider Innovation Hub Lead, she led robotic process automation initiatives, introduced Aetna's first robotic solution, and established a Medicaid RPA Center of Excellence (COE). Fariba currently serves as President of SIM Central Connecticut, advising organizations on AI-driven transformation, data strategy, and operating model modernization. |

Dan is currently studying for his CPMAI certification and tests internal AI tools and processes, in addition to his engagement on client-facing AI initiatives.
