Navigate AI in the Age of Project Management
with Kristina Martinelli

This session is designed to meet project, program, and portfolio management professionals exactly where they are, regardless of methodology background or prior AI experience. We start with a live audience poll to establish a real-time readiness baseline, then move through a practical, grounded overview of how AI is already showing up across the project lifecycle. Participants will explore where AI fits in planning, risk identification, reporting, and stakeholder communication, and more importantly, where it does not belong. The session closes with a hands-on personal AI action plan every attendee leaves with something they can apply immediately.

Topics covered: AI readiness assessment | AI across the PM lifecycle | the PM’s evolving role | risk and governance fundamentals | personal action planning.
