AI Applied: Tools and Techniques for PM Professionals
with Kristina Martinelli

Building on the foundation established in Session 1, this applied session moves from awareness to action.

Participants get a live walkthrough of AI tools actively used by PM professionals today, followed by hands-on prompt work using real PM artifacts: project charters, status reports, RAID logs, and retrospectives. Every attendee leaves having built and tested at least one prompt they can use on an active project. The session also covers responsible AI use inside PMO environments, including governance frameworks and guardrails teams can implement immediately.

Topics covered: AI tools in the PM ecosystem | prompt strategies for PM artifacts | hands-on application | PMO governance and guardrails | building team AI fluency
