Navigating the Shift: PMBOK® 7 to 8
with Antonia Jascowski and Kathryn Kadri

The landscape of project management is shifting once again. With the recent release of the PMBOK® Guide – 8th Edition, the Project Management Institute (PMI) has introduced a significant course correction that builds upon the principle-based foundation of the 7th Edition. As we prepare for the new PMP Exam update launching in July 2026, this will be a roundtable discussion to summarize what has changed and what these changes look like in day-to-day application.
