We’re packing three rapid-fire talks and a lot of networking into one evening! Our three speakers are experts about areas of career development that are a mystery to many of us:

Each mini-presentation will be followed by a quick, focused networking session so you can immediately connect, reflect, and adapt ideas to your own context.
Whether you’re navigating a transition or planning your next move, this format will spark practical insights and meaningful conversation across industries and experience levels. Expect a structured yet informal evening, a collaborative atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to expand your network. (Also: Food, of course!)

PRESENTERS:

Tom Yu is currently the Director of Construction at AmeriTech Contracting. His experience spans 20 years across operations in multiple industries, specializing in process improvement and global supply chain.

Erin Odenweller has worked as a program manager, product manager, and QA engineer for well-known tech outfits such as Reddit, Meta, and Red Hat. She now does life and career coaching for technologists and people in technology-adjacent careers.

Ikenna Nedosa is VP – Career Development for SNEC-PMI and committed to realizing a transformational vision of our chapter’s mentorship program. As a consultant, he helps clients address climate and sustainability challenges.
