How RACI & RAIL Tools support Projects from Launch thru Completion

What tools are most effective to a project? Is a RACI or RAIL appropriate? Do team members know who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed throughout the project? Can you implement a Rolling Action Item List with standard work?

The phase of your project will determine tool implementation and usage.  In this virtual event you will learn more about the tools themselves, how they should be implemented using standard work methods and how discipline to process can make your projects successful.  Industry experts will also talk about tool roll out and team buy-in to process.
