Quiet Leadership: Tools for creating diverse and inclusive project teams
with Lauren Barraza, PMP

As project managers, we are faced with the challenge of leading and managing teams with diverse work styles, personalities and strengths.  As leaders, we may also face the pressure to operate in a certain way based on assumptions or norms about what effective leadership looks like.  In this talk we will explore some of the research and trends behind personality diversity in the workplace, with a focus on how to support and elevate project leaders and team members who identify as introverted and whose "superpowers" just need to be recognized and unleashed.
