Developing a business agility mindset for thriving in a disruptive world
with David Mantica

For many organizations, surviving and thriving in today's rapidly changing business environment relies on faster decision-making to respond to disruption in real-time. It provides professionals in and outside the production process with the practices needed to work in shorter cycles or sprints, which allow for change and ensure that value is delivered.
