Developing a business agility mindset for thriving in a disruptive world
with David Mantica

For many organizations, surviving and thriving in today's rapidly changing business environment relies on faster decision-making to respond to disruption in real-time. But with customer expectations constantly evolving, employees demanding more from their work, and markets constantly shifting, how do you create organizations that are adaptive, flexible, and future-focused?
Business Agility takes the core principles of agile to the wider business, creating a culture of learning, collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. It provides professionals in and outside the production process with the practices needed to work in shorter cycles or sprints, which allow for change and ensure that value is delivered.
In this webinar, SoftEd's David Mantica will explore how to flow business agility into all aspects of any organization and provide critical techniques and tips for the teams working at the beginning of the value stream.

During this hour-long session, David will share some insights into:

  • Business Agility connection with Learning and Development
  • Understanding “out of project” activities and the current gaps
  • Thinking in terms of value and outcomes as a core of business agility
  • How adaptive leadership fits with business agility
  • Where business agility fits in the value stream
  • The product management mindset and how it fits
