Using AI to make everyday project tasks easier - a straightforward, hands-on workshop

Dr. Paul Clapis will explore how project managers can use AI, especially tools like ChatGPT, to make everyday project tasks easier. He will describe the ten most popular and effective uses, and give specific examples from his recent book, Project Management in the Age of AI.   Paul will give a live demo using an example project to show how asking the right questions can get valuable and useful responses from AI. He’ll also explain how to use context to maintain an ongoing dialog with ChatGPT and how to create the most effective prompts to get the most helpful results.

Whether you’re already using ChatGPT in your project work or just curious about how it works, this session will provide a straightforward, hands-on look at using AI in project management.
