In this session, we will be providing an overview of stakeholder engagement and its importance in project success. Attendees will learn how to identify, classify, and prioritize stakeholders, develop engagement strategies, and implement effective communication plans.

The session will cover tools, techniques, and tips for managing stakeholder engagement. We will also be soliciting from the audience their experience with stakeholder engagement activities, so we encourage you to be prepared to share your knowledge on this topic.

At TD Bank, she streamlines mortgage processes, enhances workflows, and drives operational efficiency through strategic stakeholder engagement. Previously, she owned and managed a successful martial arts center for over a decade, excelling in operations, marketing, and team leadership.

Committed to continuous growth, Kathryn actively pursues professional development and seeks to contribute her expertise through volunteer work with the Lower Fairfield County SNEC-PMI.

Presenter: Ken Carlson, PMP
Ken CarlsonKen Carlson is a project management professional with over 40 years of experience working in large Pharma and with small Biotech in drug development.  

He is the Principal of Carlson Project Management Consulting, which specializes in providing project and change management consulting services to clients in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Ken spent most of his career at Pfizer, working his way into leadership positions in variety of operational and project management roles.
