with Ikenna Nedosa

From the Paris Climate Accord to diverse corporate sustainability efforts, many climate initiatives, whether large or small, often face challenges in achieving their goals, resulting in unmet promises. A primary reason is the complexity involved in many of these types of projects.

Join us for a fun session with sustainability professional, Ikenna Nedosa, as we discuss some of the unique challenges climate projects present and explore how agile practices can help teams navigate these “wicked problems” to deliver value for stakeholders.
